I was lucky enough to find Ben Taylor online on a freezing cold day when my car wouldn't start. He was friendly and polite and agreed to come check the car out within about an hour after getting my call. His service was great. I didn't have to do anything and I was able to pay with my debit/credit card which was really convenient under the circumstances.
