I agree with Sophie 100%. Ben is the one not being truthful. He didn't arrive to the jobs as scheduled. He didn't communicate that he wouldn't be coming. He didn't complete work as quoted. Not to be trusted
Did not enjoy dealing with Ben and his team, received more excuses than any gardening. Never showed up on time, constant excuses and poor communication

I’m super happy with the work of Ben and his team who’ve given my very overgrown garden a thorough clean up. Very professional, reliable and the quality of work is excellent.
