Ben has been my gardener for several years and has never missed a beat. He's always been reliable, kind, friendly and professional. Ben and his team do immaculate work - only this morning I stepped outside, as I always do, to admire my perfectly mown lawn (all those neat, straight lines!). Amazing service, so professional and young Ben very polite. Trimmed back my front trees, made them looking amazing and cut back branches of my oak tree. Thank you Ben will have you back soon for more work. His price also so very very reasonable.
Ben has done an excellent job maintaining our garden over the past few years and undertaking an extensive job removing a large screen of bamboo for us. He communicated with us when he was ill resulting in some absences, which were completely out of his control. We're pleased to have him and his current team back on board.
I wish Ben all the best, but his recent reply to my negative review of a year ago, and others, advising he was ill and he thought his partner was communicating to clients is a complete fabrication. He charged for hours of work not completed and also didn't complete the job he quoted for. Lack of communication was an additional issue.
