Went today to look around. No urgency to purchase a vehicle and after many new car purchases with a different big name dealership in the area we truly dislike vehicle purchases. We were pleasantly surprised when we met Julian today at Ben Mynatt Chevy. Julian was nothing like the previous salesmen we have worked with and due to his honesty we decided to make the purchase. Body shop -- Picked up the Forte GT on Friday ~ They did a DANG good job. And excellent turnaround - From when I handed them the check, from the guy’s insurance company who ran into me. Check out the before (1st pic), and the after (last pic) ! Looks like I was never hit. An example why Chris and his crew are the best, in the Charlotte area.

Lori and her team in the service dept at Ben Mynatt could not have been nicer, more professional, or more prompt in addressing a sudden overheating issue I had with my 2018 Tahoe. I pulled into the service dept unannounced and they immediately processed my service request, put me into a loaner vehicle, diagnosed the issue, and repaired it within 24 hours. I felt the price for the repair was fair and the quality of the service was outstanding.
