Never encountered a roofer that comes to perform a repair estimate with no ladder lol! I called and asked for a repair of my roof; a missing shingle and a few torn ones, guy comes over and has no ladder or drone. He walks around my property to examine the roof with his phone from the ground. How are you supposed to get an accurate account of any issues from the ground?! Then I'm still waiting for an estimate 48 hours later. What a joke. Fail.
Ben Murphy Roofing designed and constructed a 250sf screened-in porch on our home. We chose this company after researching online and finding out they do Gold Fortified approved construction. Ben gave us a very reasonable quote and stuck to the estimated cost when it came time to pay. All of his crews were hard workers and completed each phase timely. We are very happy with the quality of materials and workmanship. Ben returns calls promptly and makes customer service a priority. We highly recommend Ben Murphy Roofing.
We contracted Ben Murphy to put on a new roof. It was a great experience. Between the office staff (Becky is awesome) and field operations (Brian Avery is amazing too) we received great service thru the whole process. Very communicative and accommodating. The workers did a fantastic job! All around 5 -Star!
Ben Murphy did a roof for us under the SAH program. Their work was excellent from start to finish. They even worked with us to make some changes and repairs. Highly recommended.
