On Sept 18,2024.. I went in for a meniscus clean out of the left knee as well as a knee relocation.. I am recovering as well as going to therapy.. Word of wisdom your crutches will be your best friend.. They help you avoid limping.. I have two small scars and will be back and on my feet in time.. I really appreciate and like Dr. Mayo.. Dr. Mayo was very personable and thorough during our visit! He made my teenage son feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend!
Dr. Mayo was great! However, the front desk was on the non empathetic side. First I was made to stop by the Urgent Care Center to get my x-rays with a broken ankle hopping on one leg before I came into the office an hour within my appointment secondly, the front desk while checking me in was just so Android like. Not caring that I was on crutches with a broken ankle in pain... just so non empathic or caring.
Dr. Mayo examined and explained the issue I was having with my knee. I was also seen within a few minutes of my arrival, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend.
Great atmosphere...friendly personnel all around. Dr Mayo wasvery nice, informative, attentive and not on a rush. Answered ally questions!!
