Very professional, Dr.Mayo explains what he will do when he preforms the surgery, also explains everything that he did do during surgery plus any surprises that may have come up. His follow up care is thorough and informative. Would use him again and recommend him to anyone.
Dr Mayo was very attentive. He took the time to listen to my history and do a thorough exam.
The surgery went amazing! I have low to minimal pain. The incision is small, it probably won’t scar. They treated me with great care and respect. So glad that I came here for my shoulder surgery!
Dr.Mayo Worst office visit ever the experience was beyond disbelief I had 2 different appts and thought the first 1 he was having a bad day and this second appt still the same was messed up I will never go back to him I never write reviews but this was over the top. My insurance paid him for 5 sentences he could've called me and said that over the phone.
Dr. Mayo is very helpful, he explains the treatment process thoroughly including treatment options. He is not "pushy" and he really wants the best for his patients.
