The wait time wasn’t long at all and Dr Mayo took the time to listen to my explanation about the issues I have with my shoulder. He understood where I was coming from and presented me with options that I felt good about. It was reassuring!
Very professional, Dr.Mayo explains what he will do when he preforms the surgery, also explains everything that he did do during surgery plus any surprises that may have come up. His follow up care is thorough and informative. Would use him again and recommend him to anyone.
Dr Mayo was very attentive. He took the time to listen to my history and do a thorough exam.
The surgery went amazing! I have low to minimal pain. The incision is small, it probably won’t scar. They treated me with great care and respect. So glad that I came here for my shoulder surgery!
