Careful.. this guy is a slick scammer. He will tell you your house is beautiful and then tell you to sell at any price when he has trouble. If he really likes your property, as he does in Beverlywood, he will play games and then get your home so he can rent it out for upwards of $5000-$7000 a month. Dude knows what he is doing. Stay away!
