Absolutely Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Definitely! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Definitely Was the provider's staff helpful and knowledgeable? Yes
There is nothing but terrific to say about Dr. Ben Kershenbaum and his team. They are lovely, professional and never leave you without care or answers. He is warm and friendly, fast and attentive and gets the work done without pain and anxiety usually felt with dentists. Kershenbaum's staff gets me in for an appointment quick, and bends over backwards to make time in an emergency. The equipment is modern and clean, the xrays are on premises and he is a clear expert in the field. I felt totally safe and confident in his care.

It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.
Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
