Great service as always. The only problem I had was my ice cream was rather soft, and I had to inhale it to keep the cone from falling apart. And the cone was crushed and falling apart. But it was free cone day, so no biggie!
The best ice cream I have had both in the US and elsewhere.
The best staff works there. They are happy smiling employees.
Most od the tables were dirty, the teen working the register expected me to hold three cones and pay at same time. Spoons in a big bucket... the kids before us touched a bunch of the spoon - not where the handles are. Overall a odd experience. I hope other B&J's are better than this.
It's all good and I was in town. I wish there was a B&J's around Great Barrington MA
