placed my order 2wks ahead. Upon pick up it was wrong. Little in the way of rectification other than a slightly sarcastic apology and a 25 minute unexpected wait to fix the cake.
I am having a ball here today! Great products and great service. I will come back again!
10/10 would recommend Ben & Jerry's (Minneapolis, MN) for your wedding or any other event! We had 230 guests attend our wedding, and all of our guests were served in a timely manner, had excellent variety (along with a Sundae bar) and wonderful customer service. Thanks guys!!!
