We hired Ben to fix our car after it broke down in KC. We’re from Omaha so we were kinda stranded. He seemed like a good dude but we kept having to buy new parts for our car that were unnecessary to buy. Our engine had blown. Any good mechanic would have seen that. So we had to tow our car back to Omaha. Ben offered us a trailer to use to get the car home. We gave him a $200 deposit to which he said he would refund us as soon as we got the trailer back to him. Ben answered the voicemail I left him after being stranded in a random parking lot, did his research, got to me, and had my alternator changed all in under half an hour. Dude was quick, reliable, knowledgeable, friendly, and down to earth. Would call again.

Seemed like a good one helped us while stranded out of town definitely thought it was just one thing but three parts later he looks and says it’s the timing chain and that we are screwed and mind you each time he asked for money I sent it right away. I give him money on a deposit for a dolly on to tow my car home once my father arrived found a trailer instead so I ask for him to send me the $200 I got the $100 back but now dodging me and not responding when asked for my money back time after time… tries to play nice and help... read more
