Ben and David did a phenomenal job at selling our property. We tried (by mistake) to sell our home ourselves and after a month it was going nowhere. We are skeptical of the value of real estate agents, but they are worth it! We hired them and it was sold within a week - at listing price. I've worked with Ben exclusively to buy and sell property in Atlanta on 4 separate occasions. He's the only realtor I'd ever use in the state of Georgia. He knows every neighborhood inside and out. I would and do recommend him to all friends and family. I don't know of any realtor who works harder.

I worked with Ben to find a tenant to rent out my condo and could not have had a better experience. He made everything seamless and gave me clear directions on what I needed to do as a new landlord and finding a good tenant. I was very impressed with how fast he was able to find a tenant and get them under contract.
