I have known the staff and owner, Ben Cohen for 7 years and have always been treated like family! Their pieces are exquisite, and priced fairly. Can’t say enough about this amazing jewelry experience and the people there! I highly recommend them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! We ordered 2 rings from Ben Gioielli, the second piece was a band that was supposed to be made in the likeness of a showroom piece they had except with yellow diamonds to match the engagement ring yellow diamond we brought in. When it arrived it looked nothing like the showroom piece and was certainly not anywhere near the value of the $7500 we were charged. It’s the worst place and the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We went into the store to look at a few pieces and there was this Russian saleswoman. She was rude, racist and totally horrendous. We had a salesperson attending to us and this mean lady pulled our salesperson to tell her not to show us pieces since we had no intention to buy. I am visiting Las Vegas from Boston this week and spent the day at the Venetian. Walked in to Ben Gioielli and Co wanting to glance at the gold chains but walked out with a purchase of one. Margarita is amazing. She has wonderful customer service and amazing people skills. She recommended her favorite chain (and it wasn’t the most expensive) and that’s the one i bought! Thank you Margarita for being so great! Also, they have the BEST policy on exchanges, check them out!

Amazing store and great jewelry selection. The staff are the best and they know what they are doing. Had the opportunity to meet the owner (Ben) and can tell you that he is the best in town. I even had a chance to try on the $1 Million #lollipopholdernecklace. Amazing experience. Thank you, all.

Can't say enough about my favorite salesperson Margarita, Ben himself, and of course the products they offer! It's like they are designing just for me. Ben has such a great eye for design and knows what pops! First class gemstones and such impeccable diamonds! You'll be treated like VIP's if you stroll in and give them a chance to show their world class collection of jewels!
