I love the service the Ben Franklin Transit Center. They have great routes that ensure you the ability to arrive almost anywhere in town within an hour. Can’t ask for more than that. Drivers are for the most part very kind and polite. They are a clean and safe company to ride with. I was in a head in collision one day when a truck drove directly into us when it veered into our lane, but great driving by this bus driver to save me from serious injury from occurring.
