Would 1000% not recommend this property management company. Landlords do not care about tenants wellbeing, safety, or quality of life. Could never get in contact when issues would arise. Broken window took nearly a month to replace despite being a threat to safety. Improper heating and cooling, properties not equipped to handle Texas weather. After 10 years of our neighboring tenants using our electricity--without our consent... and countless documented complaints about unsafe conditions, black mold, and cross-wired utilities, the landlord finally responded... only to issue an eviction notice. Don’t care to fix problems related to their renters. Don’t care to fix the parking lot without being threatened by the city. Terrible property manager to work with.
