I have and will continue to recommend Ben Farmer School of Realty to anybody looking to get into the real estate business. The courseware, practical exercises, and classroom instruction was very effective in helping me prepare not only for the state exam but for success in the real estate market. All the instructors were very knowledgeable in their profession, generous with their time, and where wonderful mentors! Even with all these things working in your favor, the class still demands a honest effort on your part reviewing the material, doing the PEs and participating during class. Thank you to the instructors for your time and patience on getting this Veteran onto his new Career!

Passed the Georgia State exam the first time with the online course. It takes discipline and no social activities while doing it, but it was well worth the time and effort. Online course was thorough and worth every penny! Thank you!
