The Ben Farmer School of Real Estate is the oldest school in Savannah. We have had the honor to teach some of the top agents in the area and continue to receive referrals from many real estate companies. We offer Pre-License, Post-License and Continuing Education classes. Please choose if you prefer to take your course in the classroom or online.

I used the online version to get my license in 2020 and I definitely prepared me for the "big test"! Each screen was full of information and it was very easy to follow and proceed from section to section.
I used Ben Farmer School of Real Estate and found it to be excellent and would highly recommend this school. I passed my real estate exam very quickly and easily the first time that I took it. Ben Farmer School had me very prepared.
Took the online course and found it to be very thorough!! The format of the course facilitated a good understanding of the material...Happy to say i passed the class on the first try. Next up, the state exam!!!
