A+ Never have an issue at this location. They have overnight parking plenty of truck stops in the area.
By far the worst place I’ve ever been to. These people take three hours just to unload and another three hours to count the boxes — seriously, what kind of operation is this? Absolutely pathetic. No respect for drivers or dispatchers, no sense of urgency, and definitely no professionalism. Total waste of time dealing with this place.
this place is a nightmare for truck drivers and dispatchers alike. they first kill you with the lumper amount and then drain you mentally by making you wait for over 6 hours, counting boxes. The people handling calls are never helpful. You will be put on an eternal transfer loop. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.
This place sucks. I’ve been waiting for the papers for five hours after I was unload.
