Was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service and professionalism received from the residential sales manager. When I escalated my concerns to the company president and I mentioned to him that I should have gone with another well known door company in the area, he said " I agree, you should have". Within 30 seconds of looking at my garage door, the tech recognized the problem and within 15 minutes he had replaced the pulleys and wires on my garage door. My door is now quiet and as smooth as a brand new one. Definitely recommend!
We had an overhead door that would not lower automatically last evening. We called them, and they were able to send a guy over within about 15 minutes, so that we could get our plant closed for the night. Great SERVICE!!!!!
