Ben was able to sell our townhome in Santee, CA fast. Prior to putting our house on the market, he was very helpful in providing feedback on how to fix our home and get it ready to sell. He was very easy to work with, super helpful and very knowledgeable about the whole sale process. We were mostly out of the country during the sale process but he made it work for us.
Ben made buying a home a little less stressful. After seeing about 30 homes with Ben, we finally found the one. Ben made sure to advocate for us and made sure we got into our little bungalow.
