My Telemed appointment was aborted because a staffer refused to help me do the pre-appointment portal steps after I explained that I am computer illiterate. All though I had been on the Telemed page for a half hour in advance, she said that I missed my appointment. Instead of helpful by me, she proceed to shift the blame to me and argue with me.
