I had a contract to for a certain amount and after closing a few hours later I relized I took buy Bens buy house for about a few thousand then what the contract said. The title company said it was for prorate taxes but the taxes are paid until November 2023. Unless Ben buys houses makes it right then ole Ben is a con. Ben if I'm wrong then then talk with me.
BEN LIES AND BLACKMAILS This is a updated review. I thought Ben Buys was bad before with their no morals approach to buying homes, i think they said hold my beer. Bad enough they give us a quote to buy our house. But at the 11th hour they decide to knock 15-20% off once its too late for you to back out without being ruined financially. then once you call them out on it they decide to blackmail us by backing out of deal and losing the 500 bux earnest money (since thats just a drop in the bucket for them) Then on top of bl... read more
Worse experience. Their MO is to give an OK price, then at the 11th hour they drop the price by 15-20% so it leaves you in a jamb. Almost everything they advertise on there site is a lie. Takes about 20-30 days to get cash, not the 2 business days they advertise. Whatever they tell you or write in a contract is outright lie and designed to screw you over. Should be called Ben Lies.

I see yet another scam company trying to buy my house that I SOLD on August 20. Seriously these people need to google listing but I suspect they just send random letters for the fun of it...so glad I hired a real realtor!!
If I could gibve this sleazeball a negative review I would. Sends unsolicted letters to people after family members die trying to buy their homes on the cheap. A real bottom feeder.
