I was in this weekend with some questions about a new watch, servicing an old watch and to get some links removed from another. Aubrey helped me and made it such an experience. What a pleasant person to be around Couldn’t have been happier and will surely be back to have get my next watch.
We had a great experience with Nevaen the sales representative. She was very thorough and kind. I purchased my ring from Ben Bridge in 2002. Brought it in for the pronges to be repaired and cleaned and sized. Found my warranty and previous appraisal.
Jazmynn, Olivia, and Aubrey are the kindest, most polite people I have ever had the pleasure of encountering while shopping! They helped me make a purchase for my birthday. They made shopping easy and enjoyable! The store is a comfortable environment. The football game was on, and there were refreshments. Nice set up and good staff. Kudos!
