I was given a gift of a silver ring with multiple small black onyx stones from Ben Bridge Jeweler. I had it for a year and the first stone fell out so I had it replaced. A month ago another stone fell out and I took it in to have that stone replaced, mind you these stones are about 2mm and they wanted $140 to replace it. Since then, 2 more stones have fallen out. This is a ring of their design and within a year, 4 stones have fallen out and the replacements would cost me more than the original price of the ring! No thanks!
Professional and excellent help and assisting me in purchasing beautiful men's watch. The sales assistant sized the watch, explained the amazing warranty, and most of all I love the watch.
