warning: do not have your Rolex overhauled here! – i chose this jeweler based on a good conversation with the store manager, who said BB is the largest Rolex dealer in the US. I found this hard to believe, given that only one person at the store is knowledgeable and capable of handling Rolexes (i think the store has a lot of staff turnover, so they even have a hard time finding where paperwork was filed). Poor Display of Customer Service – I took my watch to Ben Bridge for its normal service check-up. The watch was sent to the centralized location, and 9 weeks later was returned to me apparently serviced and ready to wear. My first jump into a swimming pool resulted in immediate fogging. After ~18 hours the fog had dissipated, and I returned to Ben Bridge to have it evaluated. The expectation was that a fix could be done in store and the watch would be returned inside 7 days. awful - don't go here – After taking two weeks to solder my wife's wedding band and engagement rings together, they lost the rings. These rings were her grandmother's platinum rings and now these people have lost them. Wouldn't an established jeweler have multiple systems and checks in place to prevent losses? Well, the stars must have aligned because here we are without the rings. DO NOT GIVE THESE JOKERS YOUR BUSINESS. (I only gave them one star because no stars isn't an option)

dont' judge a book by its cover – I am only 32 yrs old, and a rolex collector. I went into Ben Bridge about 6yrs ago to buy a Rolex because I didn't want to give TOURNEAU the business since they have bad customer service after the buy. Since I look so young and wear a t-shirt, jean, and tennis shoe they didn't pay attention to me. There was a older couple sitting there looking a very nice size diamond thru the microscope.
