warning: do not have your Rolex overhauled here! – i chose this jeweler based on a good conversation with the store manager, who said BB is the largest Rolex dealer in the US. I found this hard to believe, given that only one person at the store is knowledgeable and capable of handling Rolexes (i think the store has a lot of staff turnover, so they even have a hard time finding where paperwork was filed).
