I bought my Rolex Explorer 2 from Ben Bridge and have to say the customer service was excellent! This is the most expensive watch I have ever bought and they assured me that if I need anything at anytime with my watch to not hesitate to stop in.
The customer service was poor. Lots of cheep looking jewelry, (charm bracelets). If you are shopping at this price point I suggest Tiffany. They have great customer service. I lost an earring and Tiffanys looked up my purchase and sent me a replacement earring.

We had an amazing experience working with Michelle Hart and her custom designer Mark. I did my research. I found diamonds that I could purchase online or through Costco. I was looking for excellent cuts, clarity, size and reputable certification. However making such a large purchase without dealing with someone face to face made me nervous. Michelle was able to find a certified diamond for the same price as the online retailers.
