Hard to say it but I agree with the review below. I expect better customer service from BB. Called and was "politely" told everyone was too busy to help me. When I arrived Alison was quick to help but will need to make another trip because the order was not complete. Of the BB my friend shops at, this one has the worst CS but was closest for him.
Pretty horrendous customer service skills from the sales associate. However, the security guard was beyond friendly. I went in to buy a necklace and potentially a watch but was met with apparent frustration when I expressed interest in seeing a selection of silver necklaces for men. When I asked about watches with color he expressed the price in a rude tone as if I couldn’t afford them. The salesperson knew nothing of my budget.
