Ben sold our house in a day and a half. He did everything he said he was going to do and more. Also, I’m a little nitpicky and he never made me feel like I was a pain! His parents are doctors and they were our kids’ pediatrician and his dad is Head of The most reputable hospice organization in Lincoln. Ben stands alone and on his own as a reputable and virtuous person. 11/ out of 10. I would recommend him to anyone and I would hire him again without question.
10/10 would NEVER recommend doing any sort of transaction with Ben Bleicher. As a buyer, trying to purchase a house he had listed was a horrendous experience. He was lazy and cared more about his traveling than a closing being jeopardized. He was late to every single deadline. Our realtors had to constantly reach out for answers. If I was the seller and knew the games he was pulling, I would be appalled. Please learn from our nightmare of experience.
As a first-time homebuyer, I expected this to be an exciting experience, but it turned into a stressful one largely due to Ben, who was the seller’s agent, and his lack of communication and professionalism. Throughout the process, Ben was extremely unresponsive. Great communication and fast results.
Our experience with Ben Bleicher as our realtor was extremely disappointing. In our opinion, his unprofessional conduct contributed to the loss of a potential buyer for our home, as buyers refused to work with him due to his behavior, causing us significant financial harm. We also believe he failed to uphold the terms of our listing agreement and has refused to allow us to terminate the contract despite these issues.
