Honestly the most professional experience we have ever had in nearly 30 years of home ownership. Leo and his dad Ben are true professionals and gentlemen. We had a fieldstone foundation repaired and waterproofed on our nearly 100 year old home. From start to finish, everything was exactly as they told us it would be. They showed up on time every day, were extremely respectful of our property and very easy to communicate with. Extremely knowledgeable about their trade.HIGHLY recommend! Can’t thank them enough!!
Hired Ben & Sons to do a field stone foundation interior repoint and coat. Their price was competitive and they honored the scope and quote in spite of needing a few extra coats of material. They did the job quickly and to the right quality. Would definitely hire them again.
Great experience working with Ben and his team. Reasonable price for our fieldstone foundation repair and sealing. Most importantly, Ben gave us an accurate start date and time. We didn’t have to “hope” they would show up like some contractors. Ben and his men arrived at 7:55 for an 8am start each day. He cared about us being happy and was very respectful.
Ben and his son Leo came out and fixed a leaky crack in my foundation in my basement. They were able to work with my tight schedule and explain my options very clearly. I was concerned because it looked like somebody had done a poor job of patching this crack years ago, but Ben chiseled away the old patch and covered it with new cement. Ben even fixed my gutters so that they would direct water away from the house better. These guys do great work for a fair price. Highly recommend!
