I’ve tried calling Novo several times, but no one ever answers. I also left a message, but never received a call back. Very disappointed with the lack of response and customer service.
I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with our recently acquired Noovo Plus and Noovo's customer service. We had an issue with our Rixen's heating system and Noovo's customer service couldn't have been better. A great company not only provides a quality product but also great customer service.
These guys are fantastic! We picked up or new NOOVO Plus LB for her maiden shakedown trip. The NOOVO folks couldn’t have been more helpful. Once we identified a few issues, they immediately swung into action and got them addressed to get us back on track. We love our new van. It is our ship of dreams and being newbies to van life this experience couldn’t have been more fun.
This is a high quality, technologically advanced, and elegant van conversion company. They also have incredible customer service and care, and they continue to help support and educate their customers. This is one of the most innovative and quality vans on the market. Thank you Noovo!
