I’ve tried calling Novo several times, but no one ever answers. I also left a message, but never received a call back. Very disappointed with the lack of response and customer service.
I can't say enough about how satisfied we are with our recently acquired Noovo Plus and Noovo's customer service. We had an issue with our Rixen's heating system and Noovo's customer service couldn't have been better. A great company not only provides a quality product but also great customer service.
