I have done business with only this retailer for years. With the exception of a few lazy employees in the past, they've had great service and were very helpful with any questions or issue.
Think of the worst customer service you've ever had, and my experience was worse.
Unprofessional! Had my phone repaired there. I called to get a price quote, they told me a price. When I come in the store, they told me it's $10 more, I can pick up early next week. I left my phone there, 2 days later, they emailed me they made a mistake the price is $45 more, do I still want to repair it. I gave the OK they said I can get my phone back mid to late next week, which turned out to be next Friday 4pm.
