I needed a place to rent ASAP due to personal stuff and Andrea was able to meet with me very quickly and got me moved in within a week. Very friendly staff and great to work with when I had an issue with a paycheck. While I was only there for 1 lease cycle, I was very happy with my time there. Thank you Bemidji Property and especially Andrea!
My Grandaughter rented from them. She was scared to even contact them. When she moved into the house there was garbage and misc furniture left in the lean-to, the porch and the garage from the previous renter (a druggy). She left it when she moved out. I bought a new door knob for the main door because it was very flimsy and about to fall off, the furnace vents were old and could of caused my greatgrandkids injury, I bought new ones because they were slow at fixing things. One of the absolute worst companies ive ever had the mispleasure of trying to work with. Please never use this company. To the company.... freaking do better.
Owner let herself into my rental with NO notice. Took over half my deposit for things I stated were wrong when I moved in and also sent my renters property tax refund to their own property I moved out of with having my new mailing address on file. Very unprofessional and will not be referring anyone to this rental company.
