My pedicure was a terrible experience: she made my cuticles bleed, her effort to remove an ingrown nail was very painful, the worst I ever experienced, she rushed me thru in thirty minutes. Not at all satisfied. When I complained to the owner he showed no support for me his customer.
Had an appointment for manicure, waited an hour and still hadn't been seated. Friend had one for a pedicure and waited 40 minutes until they started. Also, says they take credit card, but send you to the ATM.
I never get friendly service here and I feel like the prices are very high. I have gone here a few times because it’s convenient but I leave disappointed. The last time I went there, one of the nail techs cut my finger with the file and it was bleeding for about 10 minutes straight. I have not been back since.
I have to give a ☆ to post a review here. I paid $45 for a pedicure and gave up 25 minutes of my life that I will never get back to receive a bad service from Bemiji Nails. What I received is a 3 minute soak in cool water, toenails clipped, and filed with a dull/dirty file. After that a quick polish with color I didn't pick. The manicurist ignored my questions, my ouch and left a small toe bleeding then painted over it. After all that I was over charged for the bad service by $10.
