This is THE worst dealership and service center in Bemidji, probably in the nation! More than once, they lied to me, told me stuff was wrong with my vehicle when that wasn't the case. Finally, I quit them after they told me that my vehicle needed a $5,000 fix, and then they told me that they didn't even recommended putting the $5,000 into the vehicle because the frame of the vehicle had barely any life remaining in it! And to add, Honda of Bemidji and the Bemidji Chrysler Center refused to refund me the cost of my remaining 2 oil changes from a 4 oil change package which I purchased from them earlier because I won't have them ever touch my vehicle again. And their corporate offices, both FCA and Honda, are just as bad! I won't purchase any vehicle made by these two brands ever again! TO GET SPECIFIC: called on October 13th to get appointment (knowing they were 2 weeks out to get a slot) - got an appointment to get work vehicle in for front transfer case work for the 29th (not a major problem since problem was not an emergency as long as truck was not used in 4-wheel drive much). Dropped truck off on the 28th, they called on the 30th saying they had to order the part(s) and they already had it apart and on the lift and should only be 4 days and it would be quicker to just "leave it on the lift". We wanted to purchase a new vehicle from them but we are from out if state. We wanted to us our LLC. They were very unprofessional and uneducated on out of state title work as well as wanting us to registrar the vehiche in Minnesota. We can't do that, we reside in another state. The Sale Manager was condescending, rude and not helpful. Think twice before purchasing and vehicle from this dealership.
