I have been a long time client and once they reopened they called me but had already given away my time slot. I had to pick a new one. Once I did we set it up for every 2 weeks. I cancelled ahead of time the 1st cleaning as my daughter might be sick. I contacted a week later to let them k ow she was fine and I would see them next week.
