I would strongly advise anyone considering moving into Belview Apartments to think twice. My experience has been extremely negative, and the most concerning issue is the unexplained electricity costs. I have consistently been charged around $250/month, which is far beyond what is reasonable for similar units. After contacting ENMAX directly, I was informed that they are already aware of unusually high electricity usage in certain units within this building. I would not recommend anybody live here. You will not be able to use your dryer for your entire tenancy as it will bring your electricity bill from $50 to over $300. Management was notified multiple times and did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Mike is a nightmare to deal with and you will constantly see other tenants fighting with him. We have lived at Belview apartments for 2 years. If my husbands mobility had not decreased we would have stayed for many more years. Management has been wonderful to us and very considerate to our changing needs. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are priceless. I highly recommend Belview to any one considering making it home.
At first, when we spoke to Caitlin about renting at belview everything was perfect. We needed a place that allowed our dogs and they approved our dogs. About 6 mths in, I had some medical issues which set us back financially, Mike was great and worked with us. Told me that we were good tenants and trusted my word.
