I would highly recommend living here. The unit comes exactly as advertised and seems to be built relatively well in terms of sound proofing and fit and finish. They are also incredibly quick at making repairs in the building and will come super quickly if something needs to be repaired in the unit. The amenities are a huge plus two they have a dog wash and bike storage for every building. My experience and time spent living at a Bellevue apartment building was both comfortable and accommodating. One staff member in particular, a man named Nate, who worked as a field tech I do believe, MADE the biggest difference in the quality of services that were provided. He was/is a tenant favourite because of his gentle approach, pet friendly demeanour, strong commitment to his work and to those whole rely on him. By any means he is one of kind and the world would benefit from 10 more just like him.

Average home. Pros: good layouts and multiple choices of apartments. Great maintenance team - always friendly and helpful. Angel in the admin office is a nice and helpful fellow who actually cares about the building and the tenants. Caitlin who was involved in the renting process, was a very professional and communication friendly lady. She always communicated everything in timely manner and supported in entire renting process very smoothly. Cons: bad designs and architecture. For e.g. the switches are behind the doors.
