I come here because of furry babies and let's say they have done everything they could with my pug and he is well and doing great all because of them. The doctors always know what to do. Their was never a no that came from them which is great!
They mixed up our dogs meds and caused more harm, then tried to charge for the meds we were supposed to get. Dr Probst has the personality of a dead tree. After draining our Yorkie's stomach, they kept his towel from home and sent us home with no after care instructions at all!! I've got big trust issues with this place!!
Very caring and helpful staff. Our cat Max needed to cross over to Rainbow Bridge- they were very compassionate to us during such a difficult time. We received a lovely card from them today.
They treated my dog for two months with a mouth infection it cost us 800 dollars and she still had the infection. We recently took her to animal clinic of poplar grove they cleared her up in a week. Please do not take your loved one's to this place.
Always go out of their way to fit in our unscheduled visits. Their knowledge and professionalism really stands out among the other choices in the area.
7 years ago we brought our very sick Great Dane in. She was given a death sentence, but Dr Wells an Dr Probst kept working and researching her symptoms. Due to that hard work we had 7 more great years. She had to go in quite often and the staff was very accommodating to our needs. She had to be put down a couple of weeks ago, because of old age at 10 1/2. A big thank you from Steve & I.
I love Dr Probst. He is a great vet. Have been going there for years.
