Brought my dog in thought he had a possible blockage as it turned out he had a sinus infection they took wonderful care of him
Best vet I have ever been to. They were so nice and comforting the morning I brought my family dog who passed away. They wrote a personalized letter and gave me a beautiful iron urn with her ashes and the “Until we meet again at the rainbow bridge” engraved into the top. I have never dealt with a vet that is so caring and sincere. I love that they feel that pets are like family. I would give them 10 star rating if I could!
My dog was very sick I took him to multiple vets no one would see him because they thought he had parvo. Dr probst told us to bring him in he took one look said he has the flu. He gave him antibiotics and fluids within a week my Gunner was all better!!
So far so good...bringing Clover in tomorrow morning for leg amputation. Dr. Probst was the only one out of 5 or 6 places I called that would even take the time to talk personally to me to hear all of the situation and even requested medical records for review before preparing an estimate. The ladies who answered the phones were very kind, helpful and empathetic which really gives the first impression. Having a vet an hour and a half away is worth it for compassionate, quality AND affordable care.
