Our salon and spa has dealt with belvedere for the last 15 years. Originally they were great company to deal with. The service and the products have seriously gone downhill in the last eight years. The replacement parts that we have tried to order have taken three months to a year to arrive. Quite often they have been the wrong part so we've had to wait another three months to a year to Get the right part.
