RecommendedThree Graces European Day Spa has been in business for 13 years and we are awaiting the opening of our new location. I am so excited to see our 3 Belvedere plush chairs installed in the salon. Our rep Carl from Texas was a joy to work with, as a matter of fact, all the way to the top executives are fabulous problem solvers and professional. We have 4 salon styling chairs that are all defective and we cannot get an answer out of anyone. This company has been a huge disappointment especially a gentlemen by the name of Rick who is supposed to be representing the company who has been a disappointment at best.

When I first opened my salon 12 years ago, I got a lot of design help from one of the sales people at Belvedere. Her input was invaluable. And I still have the equipment today. Most recently my 12 year old sink finally had a small issue with the pressure valve. I called Belvedere and within 3 days I had the parts at my salon and self installed. I have vintage Belvedere equipment and needed some parts. Jill Espinosa was amazing, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She shipped those parts out to me right away. I also needed some “generic parts” (not Belvedere) for other salon equipment. Jill went out of her way to find them for me. I’m so grateful for her willingness to find these parts and for the exceptional customer service. Now my equipment is repaired and looks great. 5 stars I am continuously impressed with this company !! I opened a salon in Long Beach almost two years ago. They were right there with me every step of the way ! Jill Espinosa in Irvine is the absolute best ! She helped me plan the space and came out for numerous visits during construction. She even attended some of our events after the opening ! Superior quality and long lasting equipment!
I can never get anyone to return emails or phone calls .. or even answer the phone . Instead of going with Belvidere to repair some basically newer chairs with rips , we went with a local upholstery guy to redo the chairs for us .
