For the price, this place is awesome. It's a little older for sure and not updated, but the price definitely reflects that. I personally prefer a more dated aesthetic, but that's just my style. I've never had a problem during the year I lived here, and maintenance has always been very friendly and efficient. My biggest pro however, is that I have never seen a cockroach in or around the building, which is pretty great for an older building in Georgia. I just moved into a unit at OCD’s 1384 Peachtree property (Belvedere House), and the state of this apartment and OCD’s treatment has been absolutely APPALLING. This is the sloppiest and most uncomfortable apartment I have ever been in, and I am completely shocked they even rented out something like this. This whole ordeal, blatant disrespect, lack of accountability, and completely unprofessional behavior have left such an intensely negative view of OCD, I’d be remiss not to share my experience.
