Very disappointed in the scheduling. over 50% shifts not covered or call outs and no covering. They promised a great deal in the beginning and are not able to follow through
EXTREMELY unprofessional.Nurses are flat out rude!Never have full coverage.Inconsistent trying to find relief, they will force aides to work triple shifts!Nurses do nothing dont answer phones, scheduling is careless, wait til last minute to Inform aides about any changes.Company does not take anybody into consideration as long as somebody's with the client and they get paid.
