The apartments are affordable. The management is poor, they have no pravicy policy. The apartments need to be updated. So I will not recommend the complex if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay.

I like Belvedere Apts. because the people are great, the neighborhood is quiet, & the rent is fair. I would definitely recommend Belvedere to a friend.
