My experience with this office was recently unprofessional and disgusting at best. In 2019, Linda told me I had permission to move out early to take care of my father who was dying after my mom died. I applied to return and was told I’d have to pay additional fees for moving out early. I was told Linda, who approved my early departure, signed a document stating the opposite of what she told me.
