We have been dealing with wet carpet!! For half a year now an was told that we should’ve called ahead of time when we did and still had no one come out and was told it wasn’t anything they could do for the carpet. Still waiting on maintenance to show up over half a year now. They will not take the responsibility of keeping the complex up to date or show any interest of helping u.

AIR WENT OUT TWICE ONCE ON THE WEEKEND (DONT FIX AC UNITS ON THE WEEKENDIS WHAT I WAS TOLD)AND ONCE DURING THE WEEK(WAS TOLD THAT THEY DONT WORK AFTER HOURS AND THEY WILL CHECK ON IT IN THE MORNING) OF THE SAME WEEK.
