My experience with this office was recently unprofessional and disgusting at best. In 2019, Linda told me I had permission to move out early to take care of my father who was dying after my mom died. I applied to return and was told I’d have to pay additional fees for moving out early. I was told Linda, who approved my early departure, signed a document stating the opposite of what she told me. I love this app
We have been dealing with wet carpet!! For half a year now an was told that we should’ve called ahead of time when we did and still had no one come out and was told it wasn’t anything they could do for the carpet. Still waiting on maintenance to show up over half a year now. They will not take the responsibility of keeping the complex up to date or show any interest of helping u.
