I have a patient that resides at the Belvedere, and I am appalled at the conditions this place allows their residence to live in. The biggest problem for me in particular is that this place is INFESTED with bugs. My patient and fellow caregivers have tried to reach out to the landlord MULTIPLE times, and we’ve yet to reach someone and/or someone said they’re going to fix the problem but haven’t even attempted to. Absolutely horrid.. there’s a moldy smell in the elevators and apparent drug activity going on in the lobby… and the police station is next door???yea some help that is
This is just plain sad to see these old folks being taken advantage of.. nothing gets fixed .. the owner allows drug addicts to stay here that has trashed the building and threatened tenants. And there hasn't been a steady manager on site in months ... and it seems there's nothing that cab be done about this
I’d give 0 stars if I could. The entire building is invested with cockroaches and the ceiling is falling in the halls. The air conditions leak and soak the carpet leaving a lingering smell of mold. Should be condemned honestly
