Barb and Brent built our house in 2023/2024. We could not be more proud of the home that they built. Not only is the craftsman of the home superb but the build process with them was truly remarkable. Barb and Brent were with us every step of the way. Their communication was impeccable. If something went well, they were communicating the good news. The 5-star reviews for Belveal are certainly paid reviews. This builder hires cheap contractors who do shoddy work and are unreachable when you need any kind of service. I'm outside of my one-year warranty but still have been trying for over a month to reach the original plumber but the "company" only has a landline and it's always busy. The floors upstairs are separating, which you can feel when walking on them, and I have no one living upstairs, so it's not from lots of foot traffic.
