We love working with BOS because of how responsive they are. Head and shoulders over anyone we've dealt with regarding copiers. Beth, in particular, is simply outstanding to work with. You couldn't ask for more.
After failing to deal with "Konica Minolta U.S." due to thier inflated prices and super high maintenence contracts, we decided to deal with BOS,LLC and I'm so glad we did. Not surprised at all that they have that many reviews and all 5 stars. We purchased 2 pre-owned copiers from them with low counter, for a good price, and even a better service contract.
