I’ve known Carlos for years now and he installed my Rhuud unit and it has worked beautifully. If I’m ever concerned about something he quickly comes and checks everything out even cleans out the system even brings an extra filter. Recently he put a JBox and checked unit on the inside to make sure everything was in its proper place due to a short-lived problem with a raccoon. Our family has been a customer for more than 10 years now. Carlos has helped us with all of our seasonal maintenance work. This week our oldest AC unit quit working. Carlos showed up the same day to make sure there wasn't an easy fix, and he was here the very next day ready to install a brand new AC system. He brought a three person crew that worked over 8 hours on a 103 degree August day, and he didn't leave until our very old house was cooling off again. Carlos saved us. It’s hot and we couldn’t last another day without AC. I couldn’t find the card from the company I used before. Found Beltran with Google. Carlos answered right away. Scheduled a next day service. Very professional. Offered good advice. I highly recommend Beltran. I’m saving their card!
I called pretty late because I couldn't sleep the house was like a oven he answered the phone we scheduled for some of his people for the morning between 10 and 11 and he showed up himself way before 10 because his people had an appointment they couldn't get away from and went right to it he found the problem fixed it thank goodness we didn't have to get a whole new unit and the price was good thank you for being so awesome
Carlos Beltran came to me highly recommended and was worth it! Him and him guys did a fantastic job, extremely professional, very kind and most of all TRUSTWORTHY!!! They were very fast installing my new A/C. He came over over to inspect my existing unit, offered a couple of options. We decided to get a new unit , told him on Wednesday and he installed the unit on Saturday. Thank you Carlos & staff.
