The audiologist was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing.
I’ve had Beltone for around 20 years. The hearing aids are great, but the most important part is the follow ups. The cleaning of the units, the hearing tests to insure all is programmed right and the peace of mind that it’s all being done correctly based on my hearing loss. I consider Kim Kirk to be a real professional in his field and I’m happy dealing with her. I do strongly recommend.
