The Belltone representative, Mr. Ciochetto, came to my residence, with my new hearing aids. He thoroughly explained all the features of the hearing aids, placed them in my ears, and adjusted the sound level to where I was most comfortable. He then explained the kinds of issues that might be experienced from time to time and how to get in contact with the experts that can help resolve any issues. I was very pleased with Mr. Ciochetto and the service he provided. I highly recommend Beltone for your hearing needs.
