Laura saw me today give it to be my hearing aids she was very professional and she took her time to explain everything that I asked
Penny was outstanding in answering questions at the office. Went thru the hearing test and was given results quickly. Finances were explained with options. $20 Amazon gift card was not honored as advertised. Was told that (2) people were needed to obtain the gift card. That was NOT in the advertisement.
Friendly and courteous staff. No long wait and they do a good job.
Outstanding service. Always courteous, timely efficient and effective.
